Birgunj Youth Fest 2016

2015 has been a year of unprecedented challenges for Nepal; we were hit by a tragic earthquake, then we were locked in political turmoil that resulted in a 5 month blockade that affected our lives everyday.

We feel we arrived at a time now, where we need to make a fresh start to find inspiration, recognize the need for equality, and move forward together. Birgunj Youth Fest is an attempt to bring some positivity to the streets of Birgunj, and create space of dialogue through various forms of art.
